📚🏆 Students & teachers were recognized for amazing attendance and for crushing their A.R. goals!

🎉💛 Today our Leyendecker Elementary students celebrated Grandparents Day with joy and excitement! 💛🎉

Laredo’s combined law enforcement officials including Laredo ISD Police Departments, in conjunction with the City of Laredo Police Department, the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, and the Constable’s Office reminded the public about school bus safety, speed limits and the use of electronic devices while driving in school zones. Monday, August 11, is the first day of class for Laredo ISD.

Come one, come all to the greatest school on Earth! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the reading fair! It was so much fun watching our teachers, staff, students, and family members enjoy themselves. Special thank you to our amazing librarians Ms. Sanchez and Ms. Mendoza and everyone else involved for putting this wonderful event together.

LISD is celebrating Texas Public School Week! LISD is opening its 20 elementary and four middle schools for parents and guardians to visit on Wednesday, February 26, from 8:30 a.m., to 11:30 a.m., and 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. Report cards will be issued at LISD elementary schools.
