I am a graduate of Texas A &M University and have a Mid-Mangement certificate in Administration, Masters degree in Elementary Education, Bachelors degree in Elementary Bilingual Education and Secondary E.S.L. Education. I have been an educator for the Laredo Independent School District for 19 years, 14 years as a first grade teacher and four years as an administrator. As a community member, I have taught E.S.L. Adult Education classes at Laredo Community College,Religion/Youth classes at Laredo parishes, and Professional Development ExCET workshops for teacher certification.
